The project is located in the centre of London and has a very large flat roof area with no shading or obstruction from the sun.

We installed 3m of Vitosol 300 high performance vacuum tubes, which is specifically designed for long phaces of high solar irradiation, feeding a Vitocell 300 cylinder with a 300L capacity.

There is a Vitodens 200 high-efficiency gas condensing boiler installed for the space heating as a backup for the domestic hot water to cope with low sun irradiation periods. The water inside the cylinder was tested and heated to 45 degrees centigrade just from solar irradiation.

This project was completed over a period of three months while the whole property was completely renovated: this was a particularly nice project because we were allowed the space to install the equipment and pipework with symmetry and equal spacing with a superb finish.

We feel this project shows our high standards, for which we feel very proud.
