With this form we aim to understand your interest in microgeneration technologies. We don’t want to assume or guess what is important for you; we want you to tell us! This form will help us to identify what your drivers to go green are in the first place. This way we will knoe what is important for you and your expectations with your project.
Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ).
With this form we perform a follow-up assessment to your overall satisfaction after commisioning the project. We aim to meet, if not exceed, the expections identified in the PQQ throughout the execution. This also help us to identify areas which we can improve.
